Official League Rulebook

All players are required to read, understand, and abide by the following rules.

Match Format

• Leg Limit: First to 3 Legs.
• Starting Score: 501.
• Finish Rule: Double Out.
• Starting Order: Bull up. Winner of the bull throws first.

Points System

• Leg Win: +1 Point for every individual leg won.
• Match Win: +0 Bonus Points for winning the overall match.
• Example: A 5-3 win awards 8 points to the winner (5 legs + 3 bonus) and 3 points to the loser (3 legs).

Placements & Divisions

• League Capacity: Target of 10 players per division.
• Promotion: Top 2 players promoted to the higher tier.
• Relegation: Bottom 2 players relegated to the lower tier.
• Minimum: At least 6 players required to initiate a new separate division.

Season Entry Fees & Prizes

• Standard Plan: £5.00 per player per season.
• PRO Upgrade Plan: Additional £3.00 on top of standard fee.
• Prize Allocation: 10% of standard fees are retained for server maintenance; 90% goes directly to the live season prize pool (80% to divisions, 20% to individual stats).
• Division Payouts: The division prize pot is split between the top 2 players in each league. The split is: 1st (65%), 2nd (35%) .

Disciplinary Code

• Overdue Matches: Players are allotted the schedule deadlines to complete fixtures.
• Inactivity Penalty: Accumulating 4 or more unplayed match infractions (forfeited or cancelled due to mutual inactivity) will result in automatic suspension.
• Suspension Duration: Suspended players are opted-out of the upcoming season, and any pre-paid entry fees are refunded.

Camera Protocol

To maintain league integrity, board cameras are strictly mandatory for all competitive matches. Both players must have active streams showing their dartboard clearly on DartCounter before starting a game.

Eligibility Rules

• PRO Supporter Class: All active PRO members are automatically entered into the cup bracket draw the following season.
• Division Winners: Current leaders or winners of any league division automatically qualify, regardless of their standard account status.
• Next Season Lock: To enter, qualified players must have paid their standard entry fee for the upcoming season.

Bracket Mechanics

• Structure: Single-elimination, power-of-2 knockout bracket.
• Format: Best of 3 legs, 501, Double Out.
• Bye Handling: If the pool size is uneven, bye placements are generated automatically in the first round to balance the tree.
• No Draws: A winner must always be decided. The winner is advanced to the next slot instantly upon result entry.

D3G Open Format

• Access: Exclusive to active D3G PRO Members.
• Match Challenges: Play any eligible league mate at any time. No strict schedule.
• Leg Limit: First to 2 Legs, 501, Double Out.
• Database Check: Matches are claimed directly from your recent DartCounter history on the Open League page.

The Handicap Multipliers

• Baseline: Each leg won awards 1 point.
• Division Gap Multiplier: If you face an opponent from a higher division, your leg points are multiplied based on the gap:
- - 1 Division Gap: 2x points per leg won.
- - 2 Division Gap: 3x points per leg won.
- - 3+ Division Gap: 4x points per leg won.
• Performance Bonuses:
- - +1pt for a 3-0 Whitewash victory.
- - +1pt for every 170+ score hit.
- - +1pt for every 100+ checkout completed.

The Throne Format

• Entry Fee: £1.00 deducted directly from your wallet balance to join the queue.
• Match Length: Exactly 1 Leg.
• Starting Format: 501, Double In / Double Out (DIDO).
• Winner Stays On: The winning player retains the throne. The loser is removed.

Payouts & Idle Rules

• The Prize: The winner of each match immediately claims the opponent's £1.00 stake as real, withdrawable cash.
• 3-Day Activity Limit: The reigning King must defend their crown within 3 days of the last match, or they will be automatically booted from the throne.
• Throne Refunding: If booted for inactivity, the King's active £1.00 stake is refunded fully back to their wallet.
• Vacant Throne Claims: When the throne becomes vacant, any queued player can instantly claim the crown on a first-come, first-served basis.

This league is built on respect. All players must coordinate and communicate politely, throw honestly, and contribute to a supportive community atmosphere.

Cheating & Integrity

We operate a Zero-Tolerance policy for score falsification, under-the-board filming, or manipulating DartCounter. Any verified instance of cheating will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
