Last Updated: 4th November 2025

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This document is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the operators of the D3G Online Darts League (the "Organizer"). By registering an account and participating in this league, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

DISCLAIMER: The Organizer is not a legal expert. These terms are provided as a framework. For matters of significant financial or legal concern, you should consult with a qualified legal professional.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, pay an entry fee, and participate in any prize competitions hosted on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
  2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of this information.
  3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to have only one account.

2. Nature of the Competition

  1. Game of Skill: The D3G Online Darts League is a prize competition where the outcomes (match results, league standings, and statistical achievements) are determined predominantly by the skill and judgment of the participants.
  2. Not Gambling: This competition is not a lottery, a game of chance, or a form of gambling. As such, it is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. All entry fees contribute to a prize pool that is awarded based on skillful performance.

3. Fees, Payments, and Prizes

  1. Entry Fees: To participate in a prize-money season, a non-refundable entry fee is required. The amount will be specified on the "How to Pay" page for each season.
  2. Prize Pool: A portion of the total entry fees, after the deduction of a 10% administration fee to cover operational costs, constitutes the prize pool. The exact distribution of the prize pool is detailed on the "Rules" page.
  3. Payouts: Prize winnings are paid out at the conclusion of a season. You must provide accurate payout information in your user settings. The Organizer is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details provided by the user. Payouts will be processed in a timely manner, but no specific timeframe is guaranteed.

4. Player Conduct

  1. Fair Play: All players are expected to compete with integrity and sportsmanship.
  2. Cheating: Any form of cheating, including but not limited to, score falsification, use of bots, or colluding with opponents, is strictly forbidden.
  3. Consequences of Cheating: Any player found to be cheating, following an investigation by the Organizer, will be immediately and permanently banned from the league. Their account will be deleted, and any pending entry fees or potential winnings will be forfeited. The Organizer's decision in all matters of cheating is final.
  4. Communication: Players must communicate respectfully with each other and with the Organizer. Abusive language, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct in the associated chat groups or on the platform may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. "As-Is" Service: The D3G Online Darts League service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Organizer makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included.
  2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Organizer disclaims all liability for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. The Organizer's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount of the entry fee you paid for the current season.
  3. Disputes: The Organizer's decision is final in all matters relating to league administration, fixture disputes, and the interpretation of these rules.

6. Privacy

  1. Your privacy is important to us. All personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

7. Termination

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service, without notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. General Provisions

  1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  2. Changes to Terms: The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
  3. Contact: For any questions about these terms, please contact the league admin via the official WhatsApp group.
